When your body obtained strength・・・・・
I've been focusing to teach building a strength to my students this summer.
Strength is starting with your toes. This is really my eye-opening wisdom in my teaching history. As soon as I cue to engage the toes, almost everyone's posture changed significantly. There is sparks around the students. Toes, arch, knee, buttocks and lower abdomen.....all these body parts are related to strength and stability which is related to a root chakra.
When your root chakra working correctly, you are ready to face to the shadow which residing in your body, in other word, dormant negativities. ( Please don't get it wrong, both negativity and positivity are residing in everyone's body and mind.) The negativity is your own unsatisfied emotion. Everyone have the experience of not being satisfied, (This could be either or both physical and emotional event.) and this experience creates negative emotion.
This society values to embrace your positivity and keep bouncing the negative feeling away. The more you hide negative emotions, the stronger your desire will be. Some people has fake smile, fake kindness, fake strength which I can witness in a people's behavior; talking so loud and use lots of wards. All these behavior are praised by society but not by universe.
Don't follow the value that society created, follow the wisdom of universe.
First, build the strength in your body. Then healing energy is naturally flowing into your body. This Sommer, I witnessed one students successfully let go of her long sleeping shadow so naturally. She even didn't react to it emotionally when she shared her dark story. If you aware of your shadow, try to not react to it emotionally. Think you are watching a movie of "you own life," and you are seating in a comfy chair with popcorn bucket in your arm. Relax and breath.
If you are not ready to face to your own shadow or even not aware of it, keep building strength.
