Have you got good sleep at night?
Until few years back, I was nocturnal being. My heads can be so clear in the mystical tranquility in the night. In other words, I couldn't bring quiet mind during the daytime. Just like many of you, I was very empathetic being who's mind is always somewhere but in my hart.
About a year ago, I encountered with the book called "Tiredless Brain" by Dr. Hideho Arita (This book is written in Japanese), which instructed me how so called "happy hormones" work and how to get a good night's sleep. Once I understand the mechanism of creation of quality sleep, I interweaved my yoga knowledge to bring myself a quality sleep which last almost one whole year.
I considered myself a night owl and almost giving up to waking up with vital energy already tucked in. Now I got it.
I would like to give this knowledge and yoga work to whom struggling with sleeping. So I am offering "yoga for insomnia" workshop at Unity Yoga at 470 Portage Lakes Dr. Suit 110, Akron, 44319, on march 23rd 1-3pm.
