Yoga practice supposed to be custom and personal to each practitioners. However, gathering and to practice together and share your thoughts and energy with others is very important.

I am offering workshops throughout the year at the two studios where I am offering my service. If you are living near by, please join and update your practice to me. I love to see your progress.

I can also offer a private class/event which can be customized for your need. You can start to planing your own event to connecting to me at emi@emitony.com with the title "Personal yoga event".
